+Location is very good for a family reunion. Spacious bar restaurant and lounges and extensive grounds. Pool is additional attraction. Comfortable rooms recently refurbished.
−The service in the restaurant for dinner was slow and not well organised. Breakfast is buffet and not a problem.

+My wife and U had a fantastic stay at the Dunblane Hydro. Staff were really friendly and the facilities were excellent. We didnt have dinner but and breakfast and it too was excellent. I can't fault the hotel. In fact we enjoyed our stay so much, we elected to stay an additional night. We will definitely be back for a visit.

“Mostly enjoyable and the breakfast and staff were the highlights, but QR code obsession annoying.”
+Brilliant staff. Truly amazing breakfast. Room clean and secure. Beautiful surroundings. Great swimming pool.
−Nowhere to put anything. Lack of surfaces in bedroom and bathroom and only one chair. Useless, overstuffed cushions which had to be put on chair to avoid using floor. Everything, including tea tray, tucked into small wardrobe, restricting space for clothes. Over reliance on QR codes for guests with no smart phone.

+The breakfast was great although £48 pp seems steep
−The view was somewhat marred by the scaffolding across the front of the building
