“Terribly Filthy, I want a refund.”
−I understand a Motel isn't a luxury experience but this place was dirty and I felt uncomfortable during my staying because of that. There was mold, hair from previous guests, just disgusting. I want my money back.

−Bagno sporco, con secchio sotto al lavandino perché aveva una perdita. Cassetteria rotta. Sporcizia ovunque. Coperte sporche, unte e macchiate. Lenzuola con i peli degli ex ospiti. Terribile.

“Front Desk lied about booking.”
+Nothing as I did not stay there.
−I booked a non-smoking room but was told on my arrival I had booked and was put in a smoking room. They stated they were fully booked and would try and move me the second night if possible. The paperwork I had said non-smoking. This would have been known to the hotel. I did not stay there as the smoking room smelt like that and could not stay any night in such a smelling room. When booking.com looked into this, my money was refunded immediately.
