“Great staff but property did not quite meet our expectation”
+The staff were wonderful and so happy to help. The room was dated and the shower did not have a holder so quite difficult as you had to hold it. The bed was against the wall so one had to slide down to exit the bed. The garden outside our room was messy. We chose this because of the pool in particular but the pool was very cold. You need a car to get around as the walk to Appolonia is on the main road.

“Localisation idéal de ce mignon hôtel”
+Très bel hôtel localisé très proche du centre Apollonia, seulement 10min à pied. Piscine dont nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter et hôtes très sympa. Parking à dispo, chambres mignonnes.
−La connexion wifi n’était vraiment pas ouf, impossible de faire du télétravail, il a fallu aller dans une pâtisserie au centre ville. Plus de yaourt au petit dej à 9h. Un petit tour au super marché aurait été très rapide..

+La struttura è bella e in una buona posizione.
−Pulizia scarsa Zone comuni con tavoli e cuscini sporchi Camera 8 e 9 forte odore di umidità e scarico Camera 10 non funziona aria condizionata Colazione poco curata Una menzione speciale per il gestore maleducato ed aggressivo quando abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza per il forte odore

“Bella struttura tenuta molto male”
+La struttura è bella in una buona posizione rispetto ai luoghi da visitare e le spiagge, molto tranquilla
−La struttura pur avendo le potenzialità e’ tenuta veramente male, sporca, gli spazi comuni abbandonati. I ragazzi che si occupano della colazione si danno da fare ma non c’è molta cura. Spesso non veniva servito nessun dolce. Le camere 8 e 9 hanno problemi di umidità e forte odore provenienti dagli scarichi. Una nota particolare per i gestori, inesistenti, che si aggirano per la struttura. Quando abbiamo fatto presente la mattina successiva all’arrivo, il forte odore della camera 9, abbiamo atteso dalle 8 alle 10 perché non potevano essere disturbati. Quando abbiamo potuto parlare il gestore ci ha aggrediti in maniera preoccupante, la signora imbarazzata ci ha proposto la camera a fianco, pur dicendo che loro non sentivano nessun odore.
