“Если поменять матрас на нормальный и подушки было бы выше всех ожиданий.”
+Чисто, тихо, рядом пляж, очень приятное место и атмосфера. Планировка номера и огромный душ очень понравились. Свежий кофе на утро всего за 60 песо очень понравился.
−Мягкий плохой матрас, спасибо не могли всю ночь и ужасные толстые подушки.

“The staff is what makes the difference here...”
+The staff was wonderful, pleasant and welcoming. The food was great and very reasonably priced. The grounds were cared for and trash free. The a/c was quiet and worked well. The noise level was less than what expected for a crowded resort....
−The shower head and tile edging had mold. One of the bath towels was so old and worn it was frayed/shredded down half of one side. I had to pay an additional $400 peso to "upgrade" in order to have a private bathroom.

“It was nice thanks to the friendly supportive staff and the chance to swim.”
+The staff were nice. The property is close to the sea, and it’s a nice beach are, though early in the morning some dogs were obnoxious.
−When we arrived we were told that the rooms we had booked didn’t have attached baths, which was news to us. We had to pay to ‘upgrade.’ I was surprised by the poor heating system in the shower. I was a bit surprised there were icecream wrappers strewn on the resort’s sidewalk , but maybe thst was a one-off.

“Beautiful location and nice staff.”
+Beautiful location and very peaceful stay. It was one of our best stays in the Philippines. The room was small and compact but we didn’t spend much time in it. Beautiful gardens with Pool Table and basket ball hoop for the kids. The beach is great with lovely swimming. We did a snorkelling trip with a local which was amazing and no other tourists.
−It’s a drive to any other town or restaurants, luckily the food was great here with a varied menu and we ate all our meals there.

+The beach was the only nice thing.
−The road to the property is horrible. Got a flat tire from it..Needed to book a second room while there for family. Asked a worker to show us the room, after he did I then proceeded to book it. Immediately after paying, but before we were given the room key, a lady comes over and tell him that room is booked for tomorrow to someone else. She looks at me and says no refunds. So we had to give up that room we just paid for to another person for a night. And they refused to refund that night.
