+Хороший отель, чистый номер, хороший завтрак, персонал вежливый, всегда готов помочь. Номер комфортный.

“Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal”
+- großes, modernes und schönes Zimmer - ruhige, dennoch verkehrsgünstige Lage - gutes Frühstück - sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal
−-ganz schlechte WLAN-Verbindung (Zimmer 310 im obersten Geschoss ganz hinten) - -> wahrscheinlich der Preis für die absolute Ruhe - der Pool- und Saunabereich sind nur für eine Stunde kostenfrei nutzbar (danach und auch nach 18:00 Uhr nur gegen Gebühr)

“Was moved to another hotel at midnight before checkin”
−Tl;dr I would avoid as staff made us walk to another hotel at midnight because of an electrical fault with the kettle before we checked in, without telling us this before we arrived. No compensation given. We informed staff we would be arriving on a train around midnight, they indicated that was fine. We arrive around 12:30AM. The staff member said “we were waiting for you”. Then proceeds to inform us that our room is no longer available due to an electrical failure with a kettle and that they have booked another hotel for us elsewhere in the city. The staff were messaging me throughout the day and did not bring this to our attention until we arrived at 12:30AM. A staff member then walked and directed us to the new hotel in the dark past midnight, which was some 400 metres away. We had various heavy bags and suitcases but the staff member did not assist us at all, until about 100 metres away they offered to carry a smaller bag. When arriving at the new hotel, we were told by the Ametist Hotel staff told us we must move back to the Ametist tomorrow. This arrangement was not compatible with our travel plans. −Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, despite travelling frequently both privately and for work. Our room was located directly above the restaurant area, and the noise was extremely disturbing. Loud music continued until around 11:30 PM, making it impossible to relax or sleep. After the music finally stopped, staff began moving tables and chairs around, creating additional noise that continued until after midnight. We contacted reception several times and asked for help, but unfortunately nothing was done. I also spoke to the hotel manager (Jasul) and was told that they were having a party for Russian guests and that this was simply the situation and something I would have to accept. I found this response very disappointing and disrespectful towards other paying guests. What bothered me even more was the way the situation was communicated. We were repeatedly told that the party would finish soon, but the noise simply continued. If the hotel knew in advance that there would be a loud event directly below the guest rooms, this should have been communicated during check-in. +Просторный уютный номер, в котором продуманы детали для комфортного отдыха , отличная система хранения вещей, предусмотрена зона отдыха перед TV , удобно оборудован чайный уголок , ежедневно пополняли запас питьевой воды , чай , кофе . Санузел оборудован всем необходимым, все исправно работает. Ежедневная тщательная уборка номера . Приятный свежий интерьер отеля. Внимательные сотрудники встретили нас радушно и предоставили номер нам на час раньше положенного времени для заселения . Гостям предлагают воспользоваться услугами СПА комплекса с 9:00 до 18:00 бесплатно . Отель расположен в 25 минутах хоть бы от туристических объектов , на гастрономической улице , где расположены разнообразные кафе и рестораны . Отель предлагает традиционный европейский завтрак с элементами национальной кухни, свежая молочная продукция, вкусные фрукты. Общее впечатление : чисто , уютно, милый дворик, просторный номер, заботливый персонал , возможность получить расслабление в СПА . Рекомендую , спасибо всем , сделал наш отдых в Самарканде незабываемым !
