“Pleasant Enough/Early Check-in”
+The 2:00 PM check-in was a very nice bonus. Coffee and food options within walking distance.
−The heater/AC unit was very noisy and woke me a number of times.

+good location (close to the center of town), staff was friendly, clean, easy check-in & check-out process
−parking is VERY tight, heating unit was broken - super loud & blew cold air after a few minutes, water damaged ceiling, open drywall around shower head, fridge opened to the wall, outlets near the bed were not functional (part of the bedside light, broken, & not enough room to actually attach a plug). other outlets were so old plugs just fell out of the socket.
