+slow check in, smelt funny, flies all over the room, I killed two bugs crawling on my face throughout the night. found beer caps from the previous people.
+It is old and rundown. The rooms stink and feel very dirty. The bathroom door is moldy on the inside. Only positive was the bed was somewhat comfy. I brought my own blankets and only used them. The “breakfast” is yuck!

“Dump”
+My son stayed here for business. This place is a dump. He had a reservation for 5 days. They kept charging his credit card for the next two weeks without his authorization and refuse to credit his account. The room was never cleaned. Still trying to get credit for days without a reservation that were unauthorized that he did not stay there. Sketchy all around.
“It’s better on the inside”
+The outside is a little cluttered, parking is limited and doesn’t look nice but the room was super cute and clean. Great decor and TVs. The staff was nice and quick and helpful. I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t attest to that. The towels, sheets, blankets and consumables (soap shampoo toilet paper etc) were all high quality and ample quantity for my stay. Big pillows, great sheets and blankets. My room 107 had a little gas fireplace. They allow pets for $15 a night per pet and it’s a strict policy.
+I went on Hotels.com and booked one of only 3 Hotels in Boardman just before arriving in town. 20 minutes later I arrived at the Hotel and attempted to check in. I rang the bell at the front desk 3 times and no one arrived, except for the feral cat trying break in the night window. I noticed a gentleman smoking a cigarette in the breeze way next to the office, I don't know if he worked there and was too busy, but I left. I did a live chat with Tanisha and she was very nice. She called the Hotel and explained my situation and they refused to refund the room. Now I am out $125.00 which I feel is a bargain, because if I stayed I believe that much more money would have been stolen by the "residents". Very unhappy about the experience and I am willing to remove this if I receive my money back.

+My family and I stopped at this motel as an emergency stop because we were tired and still ended up sleeping in the car. We only needed a room for our house plants so they didn't freeze in the truck overnight when we were moving from Washington to Utah. The bedding was dirty with crumbs and stained with red splotches. The toilet constantly clogged. All of the tables/side tables were filthy. Everything was disgusting. Everyone in our family -even the kids- opted to sleep in the car. This place was nasty. Definitely a hole in the wall kind of place. They didn't need a credit card, your vehicle info, or even an ID, if that tells you anything. They were nice, though. I wish we had gone further down the highway for a nice hotel.

“Travelers beware”
+The neighborhood felt unsafe. There was no hot water for my shower. The shower was leaking out on to the bathroom floor leaving large puddles all over the floor.
+On the drive through Oregon to Washington, we saw rows and rows of modern windmills generating power. They are an impressive sight, and while I didn't feel like Don Quixote at the time, I believe it was the purpose of my trip. This motel in Boardman came through on an unusual request and saved my jeans and the next day for me.
