+Excellent condition house with more than enough space for a family. We were fortunate enough to be able to host a family function here and the staff/management was helpful and responsive.

+It is little out of the city so its quiet. There is quite a bit of wildlife there. They organised an LML scooter for me so I could go for a spin around the countryside. Jaffna is tourist friendly and attractive. I met a lot of people there and they are curious and fun to be around.
−The owner is based overseas but during our week he stayed there on and off. There was maintenance and cleaning work which was disruptive as my son is sensitive to noise and unexpected events.

+- Place was good - very clean and neat - house owner was always available - felt safe
−- no storage place/mirror in the room - heat water was not available but house owner solved the problem
