+The location is unbeatable, right behind the wine bar. The rooms have period features such as high ceilings and a fireplace. You can leave your car at the premises and walk everywhere.
−Not all rooms are equal. The upstairs rooms enjoy much more privacy. Room 5 is more comfortable because it has a door and a window. Room 4 only has a door for fresh air and an air conditioning unit which is out of order. We didn't get to see room 6 which seems to have a slightly different configuration. The bathroom is very small.

−Music playing out the back all night. Disruption to guest from people going g to toilet all. Night. No television connection. Loud water noise from other units .

“Comortable and well splaced”
+Nice basic room. Very well located. Easy Checkout. But hard to find- you have to check in at the Wine Bar
−Very small bathroom, but fine and dandy, did what it was meant to. VERY HARD TO FIND - badly signed, you need to go to the bar at a pub to check in, there are no signs in the pub, and the signs on the street are tiny..

−Too noisy on the Friday night when people are sitting in the beer garden of Wine Bank. We had to call the Wine Bank staff at 12.30am to ask them to move some people who were loud and swearing. Everything else was great.

“Perfect location for a short stay in Bendigo”
+Great location! Nice and cosy, room has everything you would need and good size. Bed was comfy, aircon works perfectly to keep the room nice and warm. Property manager communicate really well.
−No onsite staff on public holiday, bit tricky for before checkin and post checkout luggage storage. But really appreciated that I was informed beforehand so I could rearrange my travel plan and seek alternative.

“Great stay for a solo traveller or couple. Convenient in many ways.”
+Great location. Close to everything and mostly in walking distance. Wine bar handy though l didn’t have the opportunity to try it on this trip. Staff friendly. Easy checkin & checkout. Off street parking. Room & bedding comfortable. Very clean.
−The room’s colouring grey & white was pleasant but there were no hanging prints/art which left the room a little sterile with areas of blank white walls. Pillows a little too soft for my liking. Toilet paper was extremely thin…
