“Poor”
+Staff were lovely. Pub was nice as was the food.
−Room smelt disgusting. Which we realised why. People came out of the pub and peed up the wall right by our window. Lots of mould in the bathroom, especially ceiling but had been tried to be covered by paint over. Lamps rusty. Room was damp. Unless you had blinds down you were very open to carpark Had to big events on the 2 nights that we stayed. Very noisy, people running through corridors and because we were next to carpark we could hear everything and this went on till the early hours. Didn't get much sleep. Would have been nice to be informed about this.

“Present stay but…”
+Good place to stay when visiting. Good location close to shops. Pub with good food.
−Rooms need repairs and a deep clean. Sink and shower drains were blocked and toilet seat completely loose. Carpets extremely dirty. Bed mattress not comfortable.

+Comfortable clean accommodation. Free parking on site. Small bank of convenience shops nearby eg Tesco Express and a chip shop and also the town of Alcester is close by which is nice to go for a wander in the afternoon.

+Letti mediamente comodi, sembrava pulito, parcheggio gratuito.
−Scarsa accoglienza, ci sarebbero diverse cose da rinnovare, stanza molto fredda, non c'erano prese USB e Anche le prese normali erano troppo poche.

“Fine for a stopover”
+Halfway between home and Liverpool, so very handy. Good price for a quick stopover. All we needed was a clean bed and a shower, so it was fine. Had a decent breakfast there at a good price before we left.
−It was just a stopover. Carpets in the room are a bit stained, and it's basic, but that's reflected in the price, so it depends on what you need.
