“Lovely restaurant”
+Although not staying in the hotel, we did have dinner at this restaurant and it superb. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful even though we were not residents. The food choice was good and in line with other restaurants in the area and the waiters were keen to give recommendations. We ate on the terrace which had a wonderful ambiance, looking out over the beautiful gardens and pool area.

+Fantastic hotel with a great customer journey. They really put a lot of effort into creating a special world for children, with so many clever ideas and amenities. The parents are also not left wanting and the bi product of having kids properly entertained is being awarded plenty of alone time as parents. Truly special!!!!
“Peaceful & Welcoming”
+Personal favourite is the spa area, followed closely by the 24/7 heated outdoor swimming pool. This is my second visit and I’ll see you again come 2026. Tennis courts and the driving range are easily accessible and right by the hotel. Lovely restaurants too should you wish to go somewhere outside the resort. All in all, a hidden pearl.

“Great choice in Ticino for families”
+Amazing hotel for families. We loved everything from the real size doll house to poney riding and the great kids club! The staff was also very nice.

+The staff are amazing, so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you could possibly need. We were so impressed with this hotel and all the facilities on offer :)
