+Had a lot of character, excellent location with beautiful views over the water. Outside seating back and front to follow the sun. Clean and comfortable.

+Lovely hotel, short walk to restaurants. Very nice outside seating area to chill out and gaze across the water.

+The Location was appreciated not only for the Moana view but it was the right distance away from the center of Mangonui in order to avoid noise factor. My sister was able to concentrate on her Assignment for her Degree and I could go for a walk and enjoy the quieter moments of our environment. We would definitely be looking at this accommodation as a weekend get-away in the future. There was Only 1 Point to make which I did not deem it fair to under rate our stay which was an Odour was coming from the Kitchen Sink that smelt of A Dead Rat at a guess only because the drainage area needed a Drain Cleaner to breakdown what was in the plumbing sector hence Karina and I purchased a Drain Cleaner and used it to take away the odour. I believe you may have to do it a couple of times in order to get rid of it all together. Heads Up. Thank you for your hospitality and from both of us a very much appreciated time out. Cheers Jazz.
