+צוות קשוב לצרכים. הגענו ב 10:00 בבוקר, לבקשתנו, החדרים היו מוכנים למרות שלא התחייבו לצק-אין מוקדם. מנהלת המלון שהיתה בדיוק בקבלה הציעה לנו ארוחת בוקר כשהגענו לאחר טיסת בוקר מוקדמץ, למרות שלא כלולה ביום זה. ארוחת בוקר ממש טובה, מאפים ביתיים.
−בהזמנת החדרים לבדוק היטב את תוספת המחיר הלא פרופורציונית ולא סבירה עבור חדרים בקומה גבוהה.

−Continual battle with Reception to keep the Air Con working ! They can control if from the front desk ! If we popped out they turned it off ! We where thankfully only there one night but it was most bizarre and very annoying!

“Great stay”
+Great location to restaurants and amenities, staff were great willing to help with extra requests. Breakfast was good - lots of different options.

+The location is really centric. Very nice and helpful staff.
−There could have been a bigger selection of cold cuts at breakfast for our taste, but otherwise the breakfast was rich. The window door was broken a bit in our room, which maybe made the noise from outside a bit louder during the night, but it wasn’t too bad.
+Everything.. This is the best place in Argostoli

+Very convenient location, especially for the evening, fantastic selection of bars and restaurants are close by.. well appointed rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed and bedding. Would choose to stay in this hotel again.

+We stayed at the Aenos Hotel in Argostoli and had a truly positive experience. A special thank you goes to the entire staff, who helped make our stay so enjoyable. In particular, we would like to thank Kate, Andreas, and Floris at the reception: always kind, helpful, professional, and ready to assist us with a smile. They made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Diana, Emin, and Eriona, who welcomed us every morning at breakfast with kindness and attention. Breakfast was always a pleasant moment, with attentive service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel also has an excellent location, right in the heart of Argostoli and perfect for exploring the town on foot. We will take home wonderful memories of our holiday in Kefalonia, especially of the people whose kindness and helpfulness truly made a difference. Thank you, Aenos Hotel, and thank you to the entire staff! ❤️
