Absolutely nothing like the photos on the website, stood outside the property for 90 minutes waiting for the staff to pick up the phone to give us a code to get into the property and check in in the middle of the night. Bathroom was disgusting, not even any toilet roll. The street was incredibly loud. It was such a horrible experience that we had to leave after 60 minutes to find somewhere else as it felt unliveable. Quite frankly it is embarrassing that this place is advertised and is able to con so many people. Other guests staying also reported the same of waiting outside the property for hours. We even ended up letting in multiple people who couldn’t get in. Whatever you do, do not book this place, the worst place place I’ve ever stayed.
−What ever you do, do not boom this place. A complete and utter con. It’s embarrassing that this is advertised on booking.com. Absolutely nothing like the photos. Despite all of this, with video evidence and waiting outside in the rain for 90 mins to check in because no staff available to answer the phone they have refused to help or respond to these concerns from us. Whatever you do, do not book this place. Utterly horrible experience.

−The musty smell and cigarette smoke wafting up from the alleyway into the . The horrendous stains on carpet. The shower dripping hot water all night so the bathroom was like a sauna in the morning and covered in condensation.

+Due to location thought it might be noisy but wasn't a problem at all So convenient to eating rundle Mall and venue on North Tce we had our conference at The girl on the desk was sooooo pleasant and very helpful Being able to ring for taxi from there great and convenient
