“Great stay as always, with a slight towel issue”
+As always a very good experience with amazing staff - they were very helpful and attentive, nothing is too much to ask for. The room was very clean throughout and nearly nothing could be faulted. Rooms are quite large, which is quite rare recently, especially with some other hotels, so it's good to have plenty of space. Massive bed is a big bonus!
−The only issue I had is the towels - they do really need to be changed, as I feel these are the same towels I had in my last visit - the whole batch needs to be replaced, as lint from these towels was flying everywhere - if I would have a conference and left my clothes anywhere near, they would be covered completely.

+Lovely hotel, great buzz about.
−Coming back to the hotel after our night out, we went to the bar for a drink, as bar seemed busy enough with residents. Ordered our drink, n before he got it made another member of staff had told him bar was closing, which was fair enough, we assumed we wud still get our drink as barman had the spirits in glass but we didn. He just said he cudn serve us. Highly disappointing..

“Loved Belfast the hotel was ok but not worth the money.”
+The location was excellent. The breakfast was lovely.
−The beds were the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in for a long time. The sheets did not fit the bed and kept coming off, the duvet was too small as well and the pillows were lumpy. I also could not believe when I came back to the hot the room was being cleaned at 4pm.

+We had a evening meal it was beautiful.
−Was cold and breakfast wasnt great. I travel alot and used to greek yogurt and fruit salad. Danish pastries wernt individually wrapped. And no selection of nice rolls and cheeses

+Booked this as for a birthday and the hotel staff went above and beyond, putting birthday chocolates and fruit out.
+Good location for the O2 Modern and clean Breakfast was lovely Good priced parking opposite
