“It was okay, but wouldn't go there again.”
+Location was a bit off, the roads around were all muddy, rough and not good at all. Hotel staff was polite, decent and welcoming. Bathroom was nice in terms of cleanliness, we got hot water. Room cleanliness wasn't good, the blankets didn't have a cover when we arrived, they covered it upon request, the wardrobe and table had dust.
−The room service was very slow, took 40 minutes for tea/coffee, so we didn't even want to order food. We asked for tea/coffee at 7am and it wasn't available, so not sure by what time they expect guests to have their morning tea. There should have been charging points on both sides of the room as we took 2x double bed room for 4 guests. there were only 2 charging points on one end of the room, they should add power points in between both beds for convenience.

+Room and staff and manager. Very helpful manager. My wife got sick while reaching there, he arranged everything from auto to hospital and with his help and by God's grace we returned home safely. Thank you manager from me and my wife.
