−Only thing I can say I’m not too keen on is pushiness to buy tours or other with them. I understand it’s a business tho.

“Cosy and comfortable - got very nice vibes from the place.”
+It was a nice, cosy and welcoming place - like a homestay with an informal ambience. I also liked the dogs and the cats in the building, mostly sleeping outside the Heads Up for Tails shop located on the ground floor. The shower, AC and the bed were all very good/comfortable. Very convenient location for me in Colaba.
−No major minuses. For this type of place and the basic room, the tariff could have been a little lower - but that wasn't a big issue.

+In an era of abundant choices, where food is often taken for granted and waste can become almost effortless, I really appreciated how thoughtfully the breakfast menu was curated. It offered just enough variety, with well-considered portions that encouraged mindful consumption without compromising on quality. Every item felt freshly prepared and beautifully simple. The jams and marmalade were particularly delightful, with the natural flavours and texture of the fruits coming through so clearly, without being overpowered by sugar. Overall, the quality of the food was excellent, and the provisions in the room felt equally authentic, thoughtfully chosen, and impeccably maintained. It was refreshing to experience such care and sincerity in the little details.
−Given that the remaining meals aren’t being served, it would be appreciated if the stay tariff could be adjusted accordingly.

“Great peaceful stay in a charming estate”
+Superbly located in Nariman Point area, elegant materials and interior design. Attention to details. Very supportive and friendly staff
−I like everything. My room was not big but I was well aware upon booking.

+Very artistic, lots of retro and vintage elements in decor and furniture. Tastefully done. The luxury high ceiling room was spacious and cute. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is heart for tourists.
−Room 105 ‘s toilet seat has some permanent stains which was a put off.
+Room was very cosy and comfortable, with good amenities and variety of things- laundry bags, spa, ear plugs, etc. staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.
−Some rooms might be a bit noisy due to roadside traffic. Ceilings are low but that is explained before booking.
