+Очень приятный, чистый, радушный отель! Номера - приятные, бельё белоснежное. Завтрак великолепный. Красивая территория, утопает в цветах. Персонал великолепен. Мне не хотелось рано выезжать, в итоге они бесплатно продлили моё проживание на один час. Спасибо! Рекомендую, с удовольствием вернусь сюда в следующий раз!

“Disappointed with value of hotel.”
−Hotel info stated it was remodeled..however there was still a step-in bathtub for the shower, there was a bottle opener mounted on the wall, only remodel you could see was a new paint job.

+The afternoon check-in desk staff and management were extremely professional, efficient, and kind, providing excellent customer service. My room was completely updated and was immaculate. The king bed was h-u-g-e. I was blown away with the overall value in comparison to competing hotels in the city.
−Usually, hotel rooms of this caliber have coffee makers in each room. Even tiny Indi motels have little 1-cup Keurig makers these days. The free breakfast is only timed for (very) early risers (with no apologies from the front desk) so I had to leave the hotel proper entirely for my morning coffee. There is nothing next door so that entailed a drive. That isn't acceptable. At the very least, coffee should be offered in the lobby. The morning desk clerk asked the gentleman in front of me how is stay was, and if he would like a receipt. She was curt with me and I had to ask for a receipt. It made absolutely no sense. She has issues and should probably be replaced. I didn't care for Fox News blaring in the lobby both morning and night. Being overtly political doesn't make good business sense.
