+The special breakfast provides the perfect start to the day. The prime location on the lake has a highly relaxing effect. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and discreet at the same time. As we left, they surprised us with a thoughtful fruit plate.

“Unpleasant stay and unaccomodating management”
+The view from the room was amazing
−It was hard to find anyone available after 6 at reception. Even at the restaurant we had to look for the staff most of the time. We had an emergency case that required us to go back home 2 days earlier therefore we requested the hotel if we can minimize our stay for 2 days instead of four however when we spoke to the director Atilla he refused to help and did not accommodate our emergency situation. His behavior with us was rude and unprofessional. He did not try to find any solution or reach to any compromise. As a result we had to leave a day earlier and bear the cost of the two rooms ourselves. This was very disappointing to us and we had such an unpleasant stay at the hotel
