+I really enjoyed my stay. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was very clean. The pillows, bed linen, and towels were all spotless and well maintained, with no musty smell at all. The room was also quiet, and both the Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked very well. For breakfast, they prepare scrambled eggs to order, and there are also options such as fruit, cakes, and sweets. I found some of the sweets a little too sweet for my taste, but this did not affect my overall experience. Coffee is served at the table, which I found very pleasant. I would especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by the manager, Arali (I’m not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly). He was extremely attentive, kind, and helpful during breakfast. I felt safe during my stay and had no issues at all. I walked to the District Six Museum and the Castle, and Soweto can also be reached with a short walk. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed everything about my stay.
−The only minor issue was that some water leaked from the shower area onto the bathroom floor, making it quite wet. However, this didn’t negatively affect my overall experience.

−No toilet paper in the bathroom/toilet. The carpets in the passage seemed dirty and worn. The lift does not go from the ground floor
