−1- Cleaning the room 2- The bed is uncomfortable, and the bed linen and towels have not been changed during the two-week period.

+Very secure - solo female traveler felt very safe, great location for town and the uni, quiet and very clean. Even had a plug socket by the mirror for the hairdryer !

+The staff were lovely and made sure we had all the info we needed. They allowed us to check in earlier to accommodate our event start time. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were lovely and spacious and clean I would absolutely recommend this and will return if I need to come to Preston again.
