+Loved the facilities and the garden outside our room. The bathroom was wonderful and really loved the bedside lights.
−There was a smell in the room, I’m sure from the sandy oceanic soil beneath it. It would have been good to have something in the room that produced a more pleasant aroma to counteract that, but that’s all!

+Tolles Apartment mit schöner Ausstattung und richtig gutem Service. Eine Basisausstattung zum Frühstück ist im Apartment vorhanden. Man kann jederzeit per WhatsApp nachfordern, wenn etwas ausgeht.
−Das Apartment liegt zwischen Avanyssos und Saronida, also etwas „ab vom Schuss“. Mit dem Auto kein Problem.
+One of the best accommodations in Greece. Excellent view, 2 minutes walk to the beach. Very clean, spacious apartment with secure underground car park. Marilena and the team were very helpful and accommodating to all our needs, especially early check-in, late checkout, and other requests. Amazing to have free wine in the room and top quality kitchen appliances. Perfect holiday. Thank you

“A wonderful and comfortable stay , highly recommended!”
+Everything was excellent. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, with a beautiful view and a close tho the almost private beach. We had a wonderful stay.

“Parfait”
+Logement parfait : grand avec des équipements de qualité, lit confortable. Et, nous avons été surclassés avec une magnifique vue mer. Nous avions même une bouteille de vin qui nous attendait au frais à notre arrivée.

−Our studio (practically one room) was very small. We were on the ground floor and we could practically not open the curtains since people were passing next to us.

“great hospitality”
+The hospitality and care provided by the property's hostess, Marialena, was wonderful. She should be running a Ritz-Carlton or some other high-end property. She was attentive to all of our needs and was the difference that made the stay great. Also loved the wine that was included as part of our food package.
−I paid for the breakfast, which is a basket of groceries delivered to your room at the start of your stay, but the options inside were dairy and bread-heavy, which i suppose is a major component of the local cuisine- but it would've been nice if there were some fruit or eggs mixed in there. I also understand that fruit and eggs are more perishable and may be impractical for this type of application. Thankfully there are multiple grocery stores a short walk away that helped fill in the gap. There was more than enough food left over to take with us as we traveled to the next city after a few days at the 3 olives. I was in a room at the far end of the property, and during the day hotel wifi wasn't the best for taking important calls or meetings over wi-fi. The room also had an interesting smell, which may possibly be attributed to the soap that is used inside.
