“Hidden gem, clean & spacious.”
+Great location with shops, restaurants nearby. Lovely staff and when we had an air-con glitch, the maintenance team came and sorted straight away. Will be staying here again!

“A comfortable studio apartment in the city, centrally located, could use some update”
+The king studio we stayed in was spacious, comfy king bed, kitchen, and close to the subway. The amnesties include washer / dryer which was convenient for our 2 weeks’ stay. It is not a regular hotel but more an apartment and cleaning services are once a week, still towels etc can be requested any time.
−The decor is a little dated. Being in the city, noisy even on higher floor.

“We will be back!”
+Brilliant location next to Fulton so you’re connected to the whole of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx.
−No corkscrew! Bought a lovely bottle of wine from Printemps, only to find no corkscrew or ice in the hotel.

+We love 17 John. Excellent front office staff. Excellent location. We love being here. Just the rooms are under a lot of wear and tear. Needs to be maintained better. But on all other counts 10/10
