“Slecht”
+De accommodatie was niet beschikbaar en de vervanging was ver onder de maat.
−Was niet beschikbaar
“Bad communication for the hotel. Would't recommend it.”
+the location was great
−It said there was free parking, there was not. i got there and it was pay and display. i finally found the number for the four season hotel where you pick the keys up and they said you have to park at the four season hotel which was not on the booking confirmation. if i had know that i would have gone straight to the four seasons. the receptionist didnt give me the right direction to the hotel so drove around alot to find this carpark. the car park was very tight and small. when i got into my apartment there was no electricity in the apartment. I called the Four Seasons reception & they said they will send someone over, which was really annoying as I just unpacked and wanted to decompress from the day. They finally came over. They didn’t fix it. They left said they’d come back. I called the hotel back 20 minutes later they said “oh it’s going to be fixed.” And I I said I’m going out soon this needs to be fixed before I go out because I don’t want to come back with no electricity, and she said it will be fixed. It wasn’t fixed. I waited another half an hour, she did offer another apartment down the road but I just unpacked which was really frustrating. In the end she couldn’t guaran
“Bait and switch”
+The new cottage we were put in instead of this apartment was clean enough and had a comfortable bed. But our view was of a carpark -- not the sea -- which was the only reason we chose Ty Belgrave so we were very disappointed.
−I can't comment on the accommodation as we were put in alternative accommodation. Apparently this is the MO of this outfit, according to other reviews. I did kick up a fuss and they agreed to move us after our first night but once you've checked in and unpacked we didnt want to spend the 2nd day of our 3-night staying moving. We just accepted that we'd been scammed and tried to enjoy the rest of our trip in gorgeous Aber.
+Lovely apartment, so central for all our needs
−Nothing
“Lovely sea view apartment with great central location”
+Beautiful dormer apartment overlooking the prom. Well appointed, clean and with roll top bath.
−Cooking utensils just need an overhaul, pans very scratched which presents a health hazard - particularly the non stick ones.

“Poor stay, overall and disappointed Ty Belgrave moved our hotel to 4 seasons on the day of check in.”
+NA
−We booked 2 rooms with Ty Belgrave, to get a call on the day of check in informing us they only had 1 room at Ty belgrave. They gave us the option of 2 rooms at the 4 seasons hotel (down the road), or for 3 guests to have 1 room at Ty Belgrave (without compensation, regardless of us booking and paying for 2 rooms) The breakfast at the 4 seasons was poor. The food was cold, the quality of the sausages were very poor.
“Missed those little touches”
+Great location
−Stairs are difficult for the older or infirm guest who has Apartment 3 or 4 No mattress protector No hand towels No washing up liquid, washing up bowl or plug in the sink and no tea towels to dry One dish washer tablet for a 4 day stay

+No llegamos a estar en el apto. Tu Belgrave.
“Overall, very enjoyable.”
+As a family, we really enjoyed our stay. the accommodation was very spacious and clean. We slept really well as the beds were super comfy. It was very helpful that the accommodation had some daily necessities such as shampoo, soap, dish cleaning liquid etc.
−Parking was a pain in all honesty. It was very hard to find a space due to the location being popular for tourism. Another thing was that the ground bathroom had a window above the toilet, which was uncomfortable.
