“Very good”
“Bit of a Shambles. No Bedding for Sofa beds, and no control of heating!”
+Location was good, and the aesthetics of the property inside
−Hosts were quite rude. We asked for info on our way up to check in, and instead of replying with the information, they replied we can only tell you after midday... The time was like 11.. Then we got a little lost and asked for some info on the parking. Their response was please see the above info... So Rude! We had read the info and weren't 100% certain exactly where we could park. We asked for recommendations, had no response. Asked for the wifi code, no response. At this point we felt it was pointless to message them anymore, even though there was no bedding covers/sheets, just a wool duvet. The sofa beds weren't comfortable, and the worst part of the whole night away, was the fact they leave you the heating instructions, yet lock it so we couldn't even change it. The apartment rose to a temperature of over 25 celcius which led me to become really ill and I was unable to even go out and celebrate new years. I've never ever stayed somewhere you couldn't change the temperature. Either their other reviews are friends/family or they had a really bad night, forgot to leave bedding, accidentally locked our thermostat, partied too hard so forgot to reply to us. If you can't reply to peo

“Excellent”
+I can't say which about the host personally because I never met them, but they were very helpful regarding how to find the keys when arriving, the place were very clean, also equipped with everything you'd need for your stay, towels, toilet paper, glasses, plates, cups and even cleaning stuff like washing up liquid etc.. location is right in the town centre so close to everything.
−There isn't any parking outside the place, you kind of have to find somewhere to just park and walk there. Other than that. It's great.
