−Facilities no hand wash in bathroom or kitchen only one dishes washer tablet it’s say hot tub available in facilities but that only to use for done stairs flat which was disappointing

−I know it's self catering place but no handwash at all in toilets and kitchen Threw me a bit as that's very basic stuff. The closest shop to get them was 10 miles away

“Being on a 4 day golf break it was the perfect location being just a 5min walk to the course.”

“Worn out, no owner response, best avoided”
+Location was good above the town and a downhill walk to the port. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Tv worked so that was good as some places you stay have bad reception.
−Beds - mattresses all gone (dipped in the middle, old and wornout) and one bed base broken completely so chipboard on a massive angle meaning no-one could use that side/single part of the joined 2 singles to make a double. Reported this to the Mt Stuart who manage the keys and have a maintenance guy. He came and tried but the problem needed to be sorted by the owners. He says he contacted them by email but has had no response as it was a weekend. Showerheads - We also reported the showerheads were unadjustable so sprayed water all over the floor and we needed more towels to mop up the floor. He dropped off a bag of towels as said the owners would need to change the shower head as he also couldn't adjust them. Also what looked like a new sink tap upstairs bathroom was very wobbly and had to be held to turn on and off. Tiles - There ŵere broken tiles on the kitchen floor. Curtains - Missing curtains in lounge and on stairs. Those on the mainstairwell were a problem as open to the whole street to see when you went to bed. Dining chairs - were also old and dipped in the middle so you sat into the square frames. We had to move cushions from bed onto the chairs to use them. TV - Annoying

“Perfect location, but disappointed in the property”

−Not very clean, lots of repairs needing done. Quite neglected looking. No hand rails at bath, and no non-slip bath mat…….
