“Really enjoyed our two night stay, we had everything we needed and then some. We attended a wedding in Launcells Barton”
+Location is great! Super clean, comfortable and inviting. Would recommend to everyone! Also, they has the most comfortable bed we have slept in.
“A lovely two days in Bude”
+Once you walk in the hall it is very well decorated, warm and friendly, just like home. I liked the sensor lights that lit up the stairs as we went up at night. The apartment is decorated very lovely with fitted carpet everywhere except the bathroom. Lots of pictures and knick-knacks which added to the homely feeling. The bed, I would guess has memory foam on top of the mattress and is very comfortable. The ensuite bathroomis down three steps. Again very clean and nicely decorated with an electric shower. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The owners had left, a sortment of breakfast cereals , tea bags, salt and pepper, kitchen towel and a pint of milk.
−The house is situated on double yellow lines and there is no parking space. However, there is a car park very close which is free at night and only £2 for all day. The weather was extremely hot when we stayed and you can open windows back and front of the apartment which gives a cool breeze through the bedroom and lounge. The downside is you do get traffic noise. But still slept ok.
“Fabulous stay”
+Well located, comfortable and spotless
−The road is a bit noisy, it was hot so I needed the windows open. There was a fan though to help.

“Great stay in a comfortable and modern apartment in a good location.”
+A great apartment in a good location to explore Cornwall and N Devon. Great facilities and well equipped kitchen and everything was modern and spotlessly clean. It was like home from home and we loved the way it was decorated. Very comfortable bed. Andy was a great host - great communication both before and during our stay and immediately responded to any questions/requests. Large fan provided which was great during the heatwave. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
−Not really a dislike but parking could be an issue. We managed to find roadside spaces each day but did find crossing the busy road challenging on occasion.
“It was perfect for my needs and very clean”
+It was in a very peaceful location, lovely apartment and very clean. I would stay there again
“The bay”
+Fantastic flat in a nice quiet village, in walking distance for bude beach. Host was spot on and provided everything needed for a great stay.
“Excellent property, very recommended”
+Excellent location, 2 miles from Bude centre and right on main A39 to access the north Devon/Cornwall coast. Lovely property, furnished and decorated to a very high standard, old cosy building, quiet and airy. Self contained flat within owners property, nice and private and well accessable. Great for solo travellers or couples. Very pleased with accommodation.
−Only negative, which is not the property's fault, but parking was a bit of a pain with side roads and town car park nearly full/full every evening.

“Excellent flat in Stratton”
+Very nice flat in Stratton. Everything in good condition and spotlessly clean. Good sized rooms, well-equipped kitchen, quiet location, decent (electric) shower. Some provisions laid on (tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal, milk)
−Nothing of substance. Slight problem finding the right entrance - but partly my fault as I hadn't appreciated the significance of Bay House (as opposed to e.g. Bay Tree etc.)
