+Lovely little cottage very clean and warm .(when we sorted the heating) very comfy bed .sofa not so but I think Hayley going to change it in new year .everything else great .will be back

+Our second stay here. Won't be our last. Love the location and the surroundings. Super friendly people around and our dog settled perfectly here again. So much wildlife to watch from the cottage. Blessed with great sunshine the sunny patio was lovely to sit out on.
−Nothing not to like, hence a return visit!

+The Annex is superb if you would like a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Would recommend.

−The sofa wasn't the most comfortable after a long day, but better the floor.

“A cosy stay in a lovely location”
+Very friendly welcome and nice added touches on arrival. The accommodation felt modern and homely - the shower room is fantastic. Lovely location with great views across the pond. Village centre only a short walk away and good for visiting the local area.
−Nothing significant, a slightly small fridge (fine for a short stay) and the bedroom has a double bed (which we knew when booking) where maybe the space could take something larger.
+The Annex is a small but perfectly formed cottage. Fully stocked with everything you need and exceptionally comfortable. The location is amazing, very peaceful and beautiful with a view over the duck pond. Ideally situated for many North Yorkshire attractions. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

−Wish netflicks was on the lounge TV, instead of the bedroom TV. My only gripe!!
