+מיקום מעולה. דירה נוחה ומעוצבת.
−חסר כלים בסיסיים במטבח. סכין, קולפון, סקוצ' לכלים, ועוד. הספה רק נראית יפה...

“Excellent location and beautiful interior, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.”
+The location is excellent, right in the heart of Menaggio, with everything within walking distance. The apartment has a beautiful interior and a lovely atmosphere. It is a convenient base for exploring Lake Como and the surrounding towns.
−Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall maintenance did not meet our expectations. Although the apartment looks beautiful at first glance, a closer look reveals signs of wear and areas that could be much better maintained and cleaned. Considering the price of €660 for three nights, we expected a significantly higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. The apartment has great potential, but its current condition does not fully justify the price.
“Perfect location and great room”
+The hotel was beautiful and in the perfect location. The bed was comfortable. The host was amazing and gave us great recommendations when he came to collect the tourism tax. Overall very good experience
−The AC stopped working on our 2nd day. I am confident the host would have fixed it if we had let him know during our stay but it wasn't a big deal

“Amazing apartment perfectly located in Menaggio with amenities for conniseurs”
+We stayed in App. 4 which is great, the view is spectacular. I liked the style of the apartment and the amenities. Aesop Soap, Nespresso Machine incl. Milkfoamer. Service from Alberto was great! One light was not working during our stay and he immediately replaced it. Also communication was great and super friendly
