“Gorgeous old cottage with interesting history and sweet garden 🏡”
+I loved this unique heritage cottage.. the Garden was my favourite thing and it was the end of winter.. I can only imagine how pretty it will be in Spring 🌼
−It was very cold, and I don’t like reverse cycle air conditioning I was disappointed we couldn’t use the fireplace.. that would have been perfect 🔥

“A quaint cottage with relaxing atmosphere”
+Old world charm with modern technologies. I loved that they left the old and incorporated them with the new. Modern new bathroom too. Cottage was clean, there were clear instructions and a little welcome gift in the fridge. We felt completely at home from the start. Easy walk into the town centre and plenty of walking trails around. We loved that dogs were allowed. They had a ball in the expansive grounds and loved to walk over the little bridge. A must, is a visit to the Wally Pub, the Witchery Cafe and visiting the quaint shops. We will definitely be back as long as it remains.

+Cottage is in the most stunning setting. We visited in Autumn and all the leaves were showing their colours. The house had sufficient heating, it did take a couple of hours to warm the house after arriving as it was very cold, after having dinner at the pub we came back to a warm house. The whole village is like a movie set and photos dont do it justice, you pay for the experience to escape to a picturesque village. The house has everything you need to be comfortable, its clean and the gardens are so beautiful. The experience of staying in a historical house and the history our kids and us learnt really made a great family get away and experience.

+The Grounds were lovely, and the house comfortable. Loved the privacy of the gardens and enjoyed the history telling in your writeup.
−Bed was a bit squeaky, we would wake each other up if we rolled over, but it was comfortable. Was a little concerned about how hubby would go accessing property with mobility issues, but he did ok. A grabrail would be very much appriciated, but definately not a deal breaker....would book again without hesitation...and look forward to staying again. My furbaby had an absolute ball exploring and couldn't stop smiling! Totally wore himself out! Thankyou for sharing your space with us ❤️
+Quaint historic cottage in the heart of Walhalla. Good cooking facilities although you'll need to bring all your own condiments. Bed was firm and bizarrely set up with an electric blanket (in January!). Internet worked on day 1.
