“We only stayed one night and forfeited two; I slept on the couch.”
+The host is very personable.
−This property is sort of age-restricted. Located on a steep hill with many steep stairs to get to the main floor. Pack lightly! Only one bathroom on the 1st level. Not convenient to sleep on the 2nd level (again up a steep flight of stairs) due to the bath being on the floor below. No AC, just fans.

“Exceptional”
+Very good localisation and great host, we had a great time there!
“Very good”
“Stayed for work but it was a pleasure with scenic views.”
+The space was clean, convenient and exactly as described. The host was wonderful and communicated in advance and even checked in about a device we accidentally left behind.
−Location & cleanliness.
“Good”
+Very nice and clean.
−There isn't a designated overnight parking spot for 1 vehicle. There is only off street parking which was cumbersome because it's in a residential area.

+Well appointed and very clean 2-bedroom apartment in Downtown Gloucester. Helpful host showed us in and made sure everything was fine.
