“Wonderful”
+The location was fantastic. The home is beautiful. We sat on the little balcony looking at the amazing views. It is right in the heart of everything but feels private.

“A quaint flat in an old building. Good location and views”
+This has been like a visit to a great grandparents'house. Very spacious flat in the top floor of an old two storey building, very well situated, with an outdated but fully functional kitchen, (no microwave). Good sized bedrooms and living spaces. Full of light all day long. Even though it is a bit run down we loved it and won't forget it. Don't expect the commodities of a modern flat.
−The bathroom is not in great condition, although the pressure of the shower is good. The main bedroom is connected to the second bedroom by a door that doesnt close well. The mattress of the third bedroom is old, the double bed very small.

−τυπική και όχι ουσιαστικά φιλική διαχείριση. μεγάλο μειονέκτημα η απουσία πολλών μπριζών, που επιχειρείται να λυθεί μάλλον μίζερα. όχι άνετα διπλά κρεβάτια. σκεύη κουζίνας που μάλλον είναι υπόλοιπα από διάφορα άλλα σετ. όχι ελκυστικός χώρος μπάνιου-WC

“Super! Had a great holiday! Why do you need a hotel when you can stay here??”
+What a nice "Old English" appartment at a super location near the harbour and boulevard. The appartment is a kind of complete house, including washing machine, kitchen stove, refrigerator, etc. De host is a very nice and service minded person. If you are looking for a holiday location in a nice rustique town on Samos and you do not mind staying in a bit old appartment, this is the place. Would definitively go back again! Restaurants, bars, shops and beaches at walking distance.
−The beds are in a bad condition. Need to be replaced for comfort. The douche is something special, which you need to appreciate. If you do not need the luxury and comfort of a Hilton hotel, go here and enjoy the space and location.
