+L'hospitalité, hôte très arrangeante et gentille, même son jeune fils adorable s'est présenté quand je l'ai croisé par hasard en rentrant de l'école et m'a souhaité un bon séjour. L'emplacement, proximité des lieux touristiques, propreté, grande tv moderne, quartier calme et facile d'accès, place de parking juste devant.

+Appartamento molto carino e pulitissimo! Abbiamo trovato macchinette e caffè per la colazione. Possibilità di parcheggiare proprio davanti la struttura l. La signora che ci ha accolti molto gentile.

+Muy cómodo, con aire acondicionado. Y todo lo necesario para estar varios días aunque nosotros solo estuvimos una noche.
−Todo estuvo correcto, si tuviera que poner una objeción serían las sábanas que son muy calientes para este momento del año, estaba haciendo mucho calor y eran de un tejido caluroso.

“Leider sehr enttäuschend”

−Das Apartment wirkte wie ein improvisierter Umbau eines ehemaligen Garagen- oder Abstellraums. Das Badezimmer war in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Der Duschbereich wirkte unhygienisch und war lediglich mit einem PVC-Vorhang ausgestattet. Die Toilette war schräg auf einem Podest montiert. Zudem stand die Waschmaschine in einer engen Ecke auf einem schmutzigen Teppich. Der Küchenblock war verschmutzt, die Bettwäsche bunt zusammengewürfelt und deutlich abgenutzt. Am schlimmsten war jedoch die Bettdecke, die unangenehm nach Schweiß und fremden Gerüchen roch. Ein überdimensionierter Fernseher (geschätzt etwa 72 Zoll) wirkte völlig fehl am Platz. Die kleine Terrasse war verschmutzt und insgesamt heruntergewirtschaftet. Die Verdunkelungen an Fenstern und Türen waren teilweise defekt oder funktionierten überhaupt nicht. Hinzu kommt die direkte Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Sehr enttäuschend.
