+La cucina comune abbastanza attrezzata.
−Il bagno piccolo il lavandino piccolissimo, l' edificio è molto vecchio e tenuto molto male,il portone d ingresso è difficile da aprire.

+В номере было уютно и чисто. Никаких неприятных запахов. Постельное и полотенца в отличном состоянии. Кровати удобные. Порадовало наличие фена. Для тех кому прохладно есть тепловентилятор.

“For short stays only”
+Convinient location, close to train and bus stations, Old town and city center. Rooms are spacious. Nice shared kichenete with all you need for quick cooking. Place for short stays only.
−Very noisy street and courtyard. Closing windows does not help. Room doors are also so thin that you can easily hear people chating in kitchenete and other rooms. Noise from everywhere. If you want to sleep and relax, it is not the best option. Rooms are in the residential building's second floor but the staircase is awful. Like in a horror movie. Especially when you return late. Bad smell, no lights, grafitti. Rooms are weirdly equiped with UK sockets and plugs. Furniture and equipment looks very old and probably used in other hotels somewhere else. Electric apliances in the room are not working. Poor shower, no hot water, barely warm instead.

“由於錯過了巴士，問老闆能不能讓我們再休息一下，老闆也很大方地願意讓我們加價純休息，給我們到訪的客人極大的彈性空間，真的很推薦這間住宿給來里加旅遊的人！”

+Bien placé, arrêt de bus devant
−Pas de bac de douche donc on utilise les toilettes les pieds dans l'eau, la porte d'entrée et le hall de l'immeuble ne sont pas rassurants quand on voyage seule.
