“Good for a short stay and could be lovely if it has a bit of a refresh”
+It’s in a great location right in the centre of Bath. The owner was very responsive and the cleaners were lovely and let us leave our bags in the flat when we arrived early
−The decor is nice but it’s a bit tired and in need of attention e.g. there was a crack in the window in the bedroom, pretty bad staining on the dining room chair, very chipped paintwork, cracked bathroom tile and a loose floorboard in the kitchen which sags worryingly when you tread on it!

“We had a lovely time in Bath.”
+Great location, with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. Close to the most interesting attractions. The apartment very cosy and tidy. The kitchen well equipped and bathroom clean and warm.

“Distinctly not as advertised!!!! I’d say it’s worth £40/nigjt, no more”

−Cracked glass on windows, hole in the kitchen floor!! carpet pulled up and torn, cracked bathroom floor tiles, appliances not working, all walls severely chipped and in need of paint, no parking as advertised, dirty surfaces, severely stained upholstery. Grossly miss advertised!!!! I can not believe this disgusting accommodation is advertised on Booking.com

“Comfortable place is middle of Bath”
+Super location in middle of Bath close to shops and restaurants. The 2 sofa beds and lounge fire made it very comfortable for the kids and we made good use of the outside storage after check out. We will definitely use again.

“Disappointing… worn out interior and a very, very noisy location”

−It’s looking pretty worn out. Carpets are frayed. Windows and blinds broken, plug point exposed, toilet seat broken. It sorely needs a refresh… it’s showing signs of real wear and tear. And the noise. This was the biggest issue. It’s near several pubs and the resulting noise of rowdy revellers and music in the little square below (and the lack of double glazing to insulate against this) meant we got very, very little sleep

+Responsive host. The direction for check in is clear. I had a smooth check in process. The facility is complete as written in description.
−A bit dark in the bedroom since One light bulb did not work properly. The credenza underneath the tv is not secured to the wall properly, if we moved the chair that hold it. It fell down. Dangerous if you have small children

“Great flat in a pretty plaza in bath.”
+We only stayed one night as we extended our stay in Bath and was previously renting a flat next door. Host was super accommodating. Allowed us to stay in our current rental flat until this one was clean and ready for us to move over into. Loved this rental unit even more than the smaller one. This felt more spacious even though it was more long and narrow. It had plenty of comfortable sitting and sleeping for all 3 of us. The bed was super comfy and the pull out couches were also very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with loads of appliances. Great plaza with lots of local activity, safe and pretty area. Would definitely recommend.
−No plug in bathroom or near a mirror to use our flat irons on our hair. The carpet in the bedroom was also bunched up behind the door so made it a bit difficult opening and shutting the door. The second duvet was missing a duvet cover.
