+ที่พักสะดวกสบายมากกว้างขวาง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมีครบครัน การเดินทางก็ไม่ไกลจากแหล่งช้อปปิ้ง ที่จอดรถสะดวก
−มีปัญหาติดต่อเจ้าของที่พักไม่ได้ก่อนเช็คอิน แต่ก็ผ่านไปได้
+Very spacious accomodation, we could easily co-sleep with our baby in the first floor bedroom. The location is nice and quiet, near a big supermarket and the hells.
−The curtain in the bedroom above the bed directly is a bit too short, the morning light was exactly in our face from sunrise. Wouldn't have been a big issue but we didn't realize this in advance, and it gave our baby a cranky, early wake. It would be great to have longer curtains there. Other than this the only thing we missed is some towel hangers at the bathroom, outside of the unit bath.

+静かな場所で家具類も綺麗だし使い勝手が良かった。
−虫が非常に多く精神的に休まらなかった。 洗濯機が故障していたのがこちらから聞くまで言われなかった。

+・安い ・ベッドの寝る場所が多くて良かった ・温泉地まで近い ・買い物する場所が近い
−・換気扇の電源コードが切れてショート寸前。 ・階段が急すぎなので手すりが欲しい ・トイレの手洗い器のそばに手拭きタオルが欲しい ・寝る部屋の証明に常夜灯が欲しい ・2階の部屋の扉で階段側の扉を開かなくしてほしい。開けた瞬間に落ちそうでこわい。 ・エアコンのフィルターが詰まっていた。
“コスパ良し”
+歯ブラシ、食器類、タオル、冷蔵庫、エアコン5台、ベット6台と宿泊するには充分でした。 トイレもウォシュレットだし、コスパは充分すぎるくらい良かった。 目の前が公園だったので、子供連れには最高。
−他の方も書いてましたが、洗濯機はエラーが出て使えなかったのが残念。 ２階の階段がかなり急だったので、夜のトイレが不安でした。 7人で宿泊したが、トイレットペーパーがギリギリで1個余分に置いてあったら良かった。 キッチン横の部屋は壁紙が緑で暗いので、電気は白夜灯がいいと思う。 あと駐車場は入口が狭いので、大きい車は要注意。

“Lovely big home”
+Only stayed 1 night here after exploring the beautiful Beppu. This home was the biggest place we stayed in trip, plenty of room for our family of 7. Beds were comfy and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Only a 10 mins walk to the main street with lots of food and shops.
−Driveway was a little narrow for our 7 seater vehicle.

+素泊まりのつもりで利用させて頂きました。 料金がリーズナブルで歩いて行ける距離に温泉もありとても良かったです。
−IHを使用しようとしたらエラーが出て使えなかったのがちょっと残念でした。
