+広くて使いやすかった。新幹線がよく見えることも子供にとっては良かった。
−部屋はきれいだがビルが古く、エレベーターが嫌な匂いがしたので毎回それが苦痛だった。 お風呂の椅子が低くて腰を曲げるのが辛い人には難しそうだった。

+地點優越，緊鄰車站。
−房子只是大，但是浴室落水口的水網真的非常骯髒，浴室排風口滿是灰塵，煮水壺的濾網也超級髒，桌子很多灰塵，我甚至懷疑地毯的清潔。我們是一家四口入住，使用一個futon，但是很薄，躺著完全不舒服，背很痛沒辦法睡，只好兩個人睡床，兩個人去擠沙發。 如果我知道要住的房間在清潔方面差，futon床那麼難睡，我建議大家不如去住旁邊的APA，VIA INN，或是東橫INN。

“Molto bene”
+La camera è molto ampia ed ha tutti gli accessori. Ila posizione è perfetta per raggiungere a piedi in 5 min. Reali la stazione di Hiroshima .
−La dimensione del letto matrimoniale ( avevamo una camera per tre persone) e’ piuttosto piccola.

−HOWEVER, THE FIRST IMPRESSION OF THE HOUSE (WHERE THE APARTEMENT IS IN) IS HORRIBLE - THE ELEVATOR UP TO THE APARTMENT DISGUSTING. THE PICS SHOWN ON BOOKING DON'R REALLY MATCH THE TRUTH.

“廣島住宿第一選擇”
+住宿地點直接連接廣島車站，入住及退房時間非常友善，入住前後都可以寄放行李，餐廳也好吃，找不到缺點。

“Hands off!”
−The smell from the wall carpet in the elevator was terrible. We used the stairs. The entrance in the building was very dirty The air conditioner was not able to cool down -> the answer from the host was that it was a very hot day and I should hydrate myself and that they could not repair it since the building will be demolished next month. The equipment was very basic / old / missing (no coffee machine for example) The flat was dirty (in particular the carpet but also the bed sheets). We were four people, but only two beds had been prepared. We had to prepare the other two ones. We had to sleep two in a single bed because we did not dare to sleep on the ground/futon due to the dirtiness. I contacted the host - no understanding / support / willingness to change anything -m(e.g. shorten the stay). Really disappointing to have such an accommodation on booking. I would never go there again.

“価格相応”
+家族4人での利用でしたが、快適に過ごせました。
−エレベーターがとにかく臭い。改善して欲しいです。 上の階からの音がかなり響きます。椅子を引いた音やドアの開閉、下水が流れる音など。マンションだから仕方ないのかな、、、

“A slightly dated apartment, very close to the station”
+This is an apartment very close to the train station. Check in was automated and easy.
−There was no human contact, it’s quite dated, the aircon struggled, and despite the booking being for four people we still had to set up the extra two beds.

+L'emplacement proche de la gare. La vue n'est pas formidable mais on s'y attendait vu le lieux. Globalement pas trop bruyant vu l'emplacement
−Parties communes (dont ascenseur) vétustes et d'un propreté douteuse. Le 3e lit est un futon de l'épaisseur d'une télécommande... Autant dire que dans la 2e piece (vide a notre arrivée il faut installer le futon) vous dormez par terre. Les 2 autres lits sont confortables mais petits (120?) ce qui serait acceptable s'il y en avait 3... La climatisation de la pièce principale semble sous-dimensionnée. On stagne à 26/27... La propreté de la cuisine est en dessous des standards japonnais (impeccable dans tous nos autres logements). Jusqu'à maintenant la seule déception dans nos logements au japon.
