“A perfect place to stay convenient to everything that you would want to see in the town”
+Excellent location. right in the center of the promenade area. it was the only place that I could see that actually had a private balcony and actually didn’t notice any other property, including the hotels that had a balcony. It was a great place to watch the marine traffic go by, and the people will go by down way down below you
−there was actually nothing that came to mind about the property with the small exception of the fact that you have to go up four flights of stairs, but it was a small price to pay for the excellent view from our room

“Amazing location and size”
+Amazing views from the windows as well as the private massive terrace. Right on the Promenade so perfect to come back to at multiple times during the day to freshen up, escape the heat or the tourists. Large bed. Bath as well as shower. Very spacious apartment.
−A hot plate to cook would have made this 100 percent perfect

“Best ever!”
+It was a perfect location, nicely decorated and the rooftop balcony was amazing. Sime was a great host and went above and beyond what was necessary during and after my stay. I left something important in the room and he managed to get it to me even when I was on a different island. Thank you so much for a great stay!
−Nothing. Perfect

“Excellent apartment in the middle of the Promenade”
+Fantastic location, great views, staff were a pleasure to deal with
−The shower tended to put water on the bathroom floor because of the shower curtain but it was manageable

“Perfect location and beautiful place with gorgeous views and”
+This property in Split was the absolute best!! Super prompt service with help for our bags at check-in and escorted to the ferry at the end as well- the location is beautiful with harbor views and actually has the castle wall in your room! Super spacious and in the center of everything!!
−Nothing to not like!! You get your steps in with stairs - it’s good for you!

“Fantastic visit and we would definitely return to this location!”
+The location is fantastic- right on the water and on the riva. The room is comfortable and clean. We loved the terrace- it overlooks the boardwalk and we spent the afternoon sipping beverages and watching the activity below. The room was clean, bright and was appointed with a selection of teas and coffee. Sime is a great host. He is very attentive and wanting his guests to have the best visit possible in Split. He went out of his way at the end of our stay to help us with an uber back to the airport.
−There really wasn’t anything we disliked.
+Wonderful location that allowed entertaining people watching even while inside. Remarkably quiet with windows closed even though above the Riva.
