+Vriendelijk personeel Ruime Riad Lekker ontbijt

“Worst experience staying here.”
+Nothing, Highly not not recommended to anyone.
−Everything. ⭐ **1/5 - Extremely Disappointing Experience. Do Not Recommend!** My stay at this Riad was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The breakfast was served very late, even though guests should be able to rely on the hotel to provide basic services on time. There was not even toilet paper in the bathroom, which is an unacceptable failure in basic hospitality. The handling of tourist taxes was also frustrating, and you only have to pay in this riad in the entire Marrakech. Most concerning, my AirPods went missing during my stay. This was extremely upsetting and seriously affected my sense of security. The overall response and attitude left me feeling that the management simply did not care about its guests or their concerns. A hotel should provide basic cleanliness, reliable service, security, and respect for its guests. Unfortunately, this Riad fell short in all these areas. The door doesn't lock properly. The care taker of the property do not care about anything. If you ask him to come for any assistance, he would either show up late or do not show up. **Save your money and choose somewhere else. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend

“Relaxing and friendly happy staff”
+Traditional Moroccan decoration and design. The lady cooking the breakfast very very nice and helpful
−Quite small. Mattress very uncomfortable for the twin bedroom.
