+Perfect location in Lake Como swimming amazing service from staff.
−Nothing. It was amazing and when I opened the shutter doors to hear a local violinist it was the icing on the cake. Perfect.

+The reception staff were friendly,helpful & very communicative.The location is superb,its right next to the Duomo.450 metres from Como Lago train station & 900 metres from San Giovanni train station.I found the apartment very comfortable.The bed was lovely & I slept well.2 televisions,1 in the living area & 1 in the bedroom although i didnt use either.The bathroom was more than adequate,the shower was great & as usual in Italy a there was a bidet.Theres a kettle,teabags also for a cuppa.A large fridge/freezer.I didnt use the wifi as i used my own data so i havent scored the wifi.Its a climb up the steps to the reception on level 3 but the lift works well.

“Como”

“Schlicht einfach, sowie eine Como das uns bezaubert hat.”
+Sehr zentral gelegen. Supper Como, eifach zauberhaft. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Städtchen und uns mit den Gegebenheiten angepasst.
−Es wurde als ein Appartement deLuxe angeboten. Dies war leider nicht der Fall. Es war sauber und grosszügig. Aber deLuxe nein. Was auch fehlte war eine Espresso-Maschine. Heute sollte dies etwas normales sein. Unter Luxuriös verstehen wir, dass es mehr bietet als man es sich gewohnt ist. Und das war es nicht. Licht: Lieblos....wo blieb da die Romantik im Zimmer etc. Haben uns mit der Situation angepasst so dass wir den Aufenthalt in guter Erinnerung haben.

“Wonderful hotel if you dont need parking!”
+You can’t beat the location. Right in the center of Como, extremely convenient. Very large space for center city.
−If you are driving and need parking this may not be the place for you. The description said that the location has parking which is not correct. You are offered a discount at a parking deck that’s 20 minutes away by foot. There are parking decks much closer which are not part of the offer. It’s also extremely precarious to try to drive up to the hotel to unload luggage because the entire center of the city is pedestrian.
