“Very enjoyable and convenient to visit relation in the area”
+Well equipped with extras eg.small bedroom clock.3 good quality toilet roll
−Slight "drain" smell in bathroom. No info about recycling or bin day although 3 bins outside. I bought 4days rubbish/recycling home. Suggestion NOT a complaint: reed diffuser in the bathroom. Seat in the back garden

“convenient place for visiting family, it just needs a few things sorting out”
−when entering the property it was fine, after using the bathroom you could smell the drains. i did explain this to the owners father last year on a previous visit. so was a little disapointed that the problem hasnt been rectified. there may be a faulty fitting in the bathroom fitted unit. there was also a couple of edging strips hanging off of kitchen units, one was also like this on our last visit. Over all it is a good little place to stay but just needs a few details looked at.
“Working stay”
+Easy access, good parking, location to town. Covers all my needs.
“Exceptional”
+The bungalow is very nice. Everything needed for my stay. It is advertised as being in Frodingham. This is not correct and it may put some off booking if they are familiar with Scunthorpe! It is in Crosby.
−The carpet as you open the front door has a mark that does not look good. The living room carpet also has a large mark that does not look very nice either. In the kitchen there is trimming comming off the bottom of the cupboards. A bit of glue would sort it out. There is a damp smell in the bathroom. Might be the drains.

+Just a comfortable place to stay
−Just a shame the oven was out of order, but didn’t spoil our stay
