“Ein Albtraum! Verschwendet euer Geld nicht hier!”
+Die Lage
−Die Wohnung war extrem feucht, hat überall geschimmelt und gerostet. Zudem war vieles extrem schmutzig (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, WC). Viele Dinge waren kaputt oder haben nicht richtig funktioniert (WC-Spühlung, Waschbecken, Schranktür etc.). Ich habe den Besitzer mehrmals vor der Ankunft ohne Antwort kontaktiert. Die Wegbeschreibung ist ungenau und ich musste im Dorf herumfragen. Schlussendlich bin ich in einer Eisdiele beim Vermieter gelandet. Dort stellte sich heraus, das die Wohnung noch gar nicht geputzt war (nach dem offiziellen Check-in-Termin). Der Besitzer schickte eine Mitarbeiterin hin und ich musste warten, bis die Wohnung geputzt war.

−El apartamento no dio señales hasta la misma mañana que comenzaba la reserva, no contestó ninguna pregunta y me mantuvo en la duda hasta el mismo día. Cobra en efectivo y no te pide rellenar ningún dato fiscal.

“Viver Odeceixe”
+A localização, tinha boas áreas. A varanda tinha uma bonita vista e o terraço era espaçoso, tem uma vista incrível e muito potencial. No geral era um apartamento muito simpático.

+The apartment is great and location is absolutely beautiful. The hosts are wonderful and very accommodating. Bring cash to this Odeciexe if you are traveling from out of country, only a couple of places in town and near beach take non European debit/ credit.
