“We enjoyed our 2 nights here, there was an issue with the hot water….. which was beyond the management’s control, great”
+This is a great place to stay , with a secure garage too . Lovely rooms and enough space for 4 single men.
−The walk up the hill to the property is a shock! But once you get used to it it’s fine. Couldn’t find a plug socket in the twin bedroom to charge phones

+Location, garage
−Dishes were dirty, dishwasher doesn't seem to work to well. Details on the property add are a bit misleading when saying the apartment has a private pool, it's a complex pool not a private pool

“will stay again due to location, view and rooms hopefully body corporate can fix the water issue.”
+location is great with great view of ocean and plenty of rooms spread out
−water leaking into main bedroom from rain on the night resulting in wall saturated with water leaking onto floor around bed. Water pressure and shower head in main bathroom poor

“We were happy with our stay but the apartment just needs some attention.”
+Location good. Appartment good.
−Very tight parking. Apartment 9 needs a deep clean not just a quick bathroom and kitchen. Floors had not been vacuumed before we arrived as work had been done and not cleaned up also lounge floor area had debris on it and inder lounge edge. The main bedroom wall need repairing from possible water damage.
