“Comfortable stay”
+Room was very comfortable, clean and warm. It was quiet and I got a great night's sleep. The team member who helped me couldn't be there to greet me in person, but explained exactly how to access the property and stayed on the phone until I was inside.
−Car park was very tight. Another guest arrived & in the end I moved my car out of the car park as he would not have been able to park and I was worried someone might accidentally hit my car when trying to get in or out (& as I know the area well I knew where I could park for free after 6.30).
“What a lovely place to stay and enjoy an evening.”

“Beautiful room, great location. Housekeeping generally excellent”
+The room was beautiful and I really appreciated leaving biscuits and coffee. House keeping was excellent except for one day . Location good At end of High Street but close enough for work at Bull Theatre.
−As there was no reception it was hard to get into and had to telephone. The girl on telephone was very helpful though and gave step by step advice how to find key and access property! Hard to find at first because restaurant at front and entrance at side and rear of building. Television was hard to work
“Perfect”
+Very clean, warm, modern, bottled water was a nice addition as was having a fridge in the room, great location, definitely will return
