+Very comfortable and spacious place. Excellent location and although on street parking only this was not an issue. Jo was a wonderfully helpful host.
−We mostly cooked so bigger pans and a toaster would have been useful however we managed fine without.
+Really comfortable well appointed house with the accommodation on the first and second floors. Pristine linen, with a palatial upstairs bedroom suite and still generous second double bedroom. Large lounge diner and small but effective kitchen. Unlike a lot of places like this Market Place's kitchen is well appointed with a good selection of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses. Located alongside Berkeley's through road but not noisy. Locals friendly and a nice feel to the village. Two convenient late night opening stores and a modern co-op close by. Well placed just off the A38 to explore the area. Good comms from host. Useful driveway to be able to drop bags and unrestricted parking outside for night hours with a 23hr car park close by.
−Fully on site parking would be nice but it's a small niggle. Toaster for the kitchen would be nice addition but again not a big deal.
+Beautiful accommodation, great location for our road trip around the cotswolds, lovely area, would definitely book again

+Immaculately clean, and good facilities. The bed is one of the most important things to me and the bed there was excellent, as were the pillows and bedding. The hearing was good with cosy underfloor heating downstairs.
−Could have done with more cleaning materials for washing up and doing surfaces but there is a dish washer. I general wash up as I go along rather than do a full load. Not necessarily a bad thing but of you are accosted on arrival and you end up giving your life story, be aware that he isn't the host, just a self labelled "nosey neighbour" who calls himself Jaws!

“11b, not 13b (Free Upgrade)”
+We originally booked for 13b but were asked if we would like a free upgrade to 11b which we accepted. The property was brilliant. Great open space kitchen, living and diner. BIG dining table and corner sofa unit. The kitchen had integrated units and the tv was a big size too. Bathroom was above expectation and the shower was great. Big bedrooms with really comfortable beds too. No issues whatsoever.
