“Eccezionale”
+Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa ha un comodo ingresso con rampa e ascensore (noi avevamo un passeggino di grandi dimensioni e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema). La casa ha degli spazi molto grandi, a partire dall'ingresso dove comodamente lasciavamo il passeggino. Gli arredi sono tutti nuovi, camere grandi, spaziose e luminose - c'è anche un balcone. Pulitissima e attrezzatissima (forno a microonde, tostapane, macchina del caffé e per noi anche un bel seggiolone, lettino bimbo e fasciatoio). Ci sono parcheggi con le strisce bianche, ma se non dovessero essere liberi, c'è l'opzione strisce blu. La posizione è fantastica e strategica, comoda per tutto: letteralmente a cinque minuti a piedi dal mare, ma anche dalla stazione e dal centro pedonale. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, ci ha dato informazioni in generale per visitare la città e dintorni, chi ha anche segnalato un festival per bambini che si svolgeva a Sestri. Torneremo sicuramente!

“Da ripetere!!!”
+Soggiorno a dir poco fantastico, l'alloggio è ampio e ben fornito oltre ad essere in una posizione super strategica, a pochi passi dal mare e anche dal centro. Il sig. Diego, il proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito senza problemi sia seggiolone sia fasciatoio ed è stato molto preciso per il check in. Particolarmente apprezzata da noi con bimbi piccoli, l'assenza di barriere architettoniche per raggiungere il piano appartamento, una manna! Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!!!
−Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto, unica pecca (non rilevante per noi però) il parcheggio (come in tutta la Liguria): abbiamo comunque potuto scaricare comodamente i bagagli e poi portare la macchina in un parcheggio a 5-7 minuti di distanza.

“Top-Aufenthalt für mehrere Tage zur Besichtigung der Region mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln”
+Die Wohnung ist in jeder Beziehung perfekt eingerichtet. So sind z.B. jede Menge Stadtpläne und Prospekte von möglichen Ausflugszielen vorhanden. Die Küche ist top eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist zudem ausserordentlich hilfsbereit. Die Stadt Chiàvari ist ausserdem sehenswert (viele Arkaden) und es gibt einige gute und Restaurants und Bars mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Zudem liegt der Bahnhof für Ausflüge mit der Eisenbahn nahe und ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar.
−Die Wohnung war sehr kalt, da die Heizung auf behördliche Anweisung abgestellt war. Zudem ist das Haus schlecht isoliert; man hört sehr deutlich die Durchfahrten der Züge der nahe gelegene Eisenbahn oder auch die Nachbarn, wenn sie TV schauen oder die Stühle rücken, etc. Schade auch, dass man bei Anreise mit dem Auto auf gut Glück einen Parkplatz suchen muss, auch wenn diese (innerhalb der weissen Zone) dann kostenfrei sind. Einen Abzug gibt es bei der Kücheneinrichtung: Jedes Mal, wenn der Backofen eingeschaltet wurde, ist die Sicherung für die Elektrizität in der Küche rausgesprungen.
“Very comfortable and pleasant stay!”
+It looks like a newly renovated apartment, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary to make a simple meal and we took advantage of that. It has a nice little balcony to have your morning coffee at. The host, Diego, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Also close to the beach, centre and shops.
−It is not easy to find parking around.
