“Exceptionnel”
+Situation parfaite, au coeur de la ville de Côme : le Duomo et sa place à 2 pas, mais très calme cependant. Appartement et immeuble très joliment rénovés. Accès extrêmement facile. Parking très proche.
−Il est dommage que les seuls toilettes soient dans la salle de bains: pour un appartement de cette taille, c'est assez compliqué à gérer.

“Studio de grande qualité .”
+Bel appartement . Très propre et fonctionnel. Bien situé pour découvrir Le lac et la ville . Le contact avec le propriétaire qui parle le français.
−Manque une douchette à main pour éviter de se mouiller les cheveux à chaque douche. Un porte serviette pour faire sécher les draps de bain serait un plus. Un couteau d office dans la cuisine serait pratique.

−Seul le lit double est confortable. Tous les autres lits et convertibles sont passables. Le parking est très petit et l’impression de déranger avec un van alors qu’on a loué pour 6 personnes et que c’était prévisible Seulement 4 dosettes de café alors qu’on loue pour 6 personnes, pas assez de verres à vin non plus
“Beautiful place to stay in Como city!”
+The host (Daniela) was very friendly and super competent upfront and during our whole stay. We shared our car´s license plate with her before our arrival and she organized an access card from the local authorities so that we were able to drive close to the apartment to unload our luggage. Then she directed us to a safe and clean private parking area for the duration of our stay in Como. (5mins walking distance from the apartment) We spent beautiful days in the romantic city of Como and Daniela kindly shared many helpful recommendations (ferry/restaurants etc.) with us. She really took good care of us and made us feel safe and comfortable. There is even a book full of details available in the apartment which provides possible activities and infos on the area. The apartment is well-located in the city center, very modern and clean and has everything you need. The main entrance to the building is locked with a code and the apartment doors are secured with a heavy door that makes you feel very safe. We chose to stay in the big apartment and enjoyed a very minute of our stay. If you plan to stay in Como city - this is a place we can highly recommend! Thanks again very much to Daniela fo
−Mid-July can be very hot and a bit humid at lake Como. So this season might be challenging for elderly travellers (and for the air condition to cope with the heat. ) :-) No complaints about the apartment.
