“Not worth it for the price”
+The place nice and clean.
−The entry to the place very difficult, specially at nite. In the middle of the night, suddenly very noisy noise n gell the house shaking. So scare. I move the next day to other hotel .

“Extremely Unsafe, Filthy, Misleading Photos and Poorly Maintained - Avoid This Property”
+nothing
−Unsafe, Filthy and Nothing Like the Photos - Avoid! Extremely disappointing experience. The property looked nothing like the advertised photos and was filthy, with cobwebs, dust and visible mould throughout, including on furniture, in the bathroom and even on a cutting board. The entire property smelled strongly of mould, and I experienced nausea and chest tightness shortly after entering. The property was incredibly difficult to find. The garden was so overgrown we could barely see the pathway, which had holes that we tripped on. Inside, floorboards were broken and lights did not work. We also received an intimidating message warning that the neighbours were unfriendly and would call the police over minor issues, making us feel unwelcome. We contacted the owner, who offered no compensation or meaningful assistance and simply directed us to Booking.com. We are young, physically capable adults and still found the property hazardous. I would strongly discourage elderly people, families or anyone with mobility issues from staying here. The misleading photos, unhygienic conditions and serious safety hazards made this one of our worst accommodation experiences. Avoid this property.

+It was very quiet
−Only hot water in shower. None in kitchen. Cooking pans without handles and nothing to hold them with. Location is secluded, and path to door across large rocks covered with plastic and unlit at night. Trip hazards everywhere. I wouldn't stay there again.
+Nothing
−Anything.. too old property. Dirty

“The experience was negative.”
+The only thing I liked was that they had large, well-organized bins for recycling, which we didn’t find in other accommodations during our trip in Japan.
−The accommodation is very hidden, and they don’t provide clear directions until the booking is no longer cancellable. On top of that, they warn you that if you make a mistake trying to find the place and disturb any neighbors, they might call the police and fine you, which feels quite intimidating. The condition of the place is very poor: it’s extremely old and in desperate need of renovation. The walls are dirty, the wardrobes have broken doors, and the floor creaks with every step. We traveled with children, and the atmosphere was so eerie that they were actually scared to sleep there. It felt like a scene from a horror movie. Fortunately, we only stayed one night. I absolutely do not recommend it.
“Very good”
+Relatively larger place, with almost all facilities needed for a short term stay.
−The place seems a little isolated and very silent at night. Anyway, it was a nice stay for us.
