“Great loction and facilities”
“Positive criticism”
+Spacious apartment with large balcony. Comfortable beds and sofa. Large kitchen and en-suite bathroom.
−Parking space in basement car park impossible to get in and out of. The visitors' parking spaces often taken up. Hot water from boiler a bit temperamental. The apartment looks neglected and has a strange aroma in the lounge. No scissors or cheese grater in kitchen. The dishwasher works but doesn't clean the crockery which probably explains why the items in the cupboards are dirty.

+Ruim appartement, goed voorzien van apparatuur, mooi terras
−De bedden waren erg kort en smal. Geen fijne matrassen
“A few things need attention to make this an outstanding place to stay.”
+Quiet location, spacious apartment, two good bathrooms, nicely carpeted throughout.
−No washing-up brush or cloth; no caffetiere or other coffee machine; small signs of wear and tear throughout (i.e. walls and some furniture) smelly, worn, clothes and packet of rizlas found in top drawer in kitchen-living room(!); needed many more towels, one towel had a hole in it; could have done with more crockery.

“Good value for money.”
+Contactless check in. Spacious property, comfortable bed, indoor secure car park I enjoy the ensuit in each room.
−It was dark. I had to use torch on phone to find the keysafe. The instruction was still slightly off. The building is not the same one as the one you have parked in.

“Lovely two bedroom apartment”
+Location was great. The balcony overlooking the garden was lovely. It was nice sitting having breakfast, listening to the birds.
−I love my own mattress at home and struggle to find any as comfortable.

“Home from home, will definitely rebook next time we are visiting Basingstoke”
+Amazing property! Very well equipped, spotless and comfortable. Cozy and warm with the heating on too which was great for us as we live in Australia (originally from Basingstoke) and there was a cold snap whilst we were staying. Short walk into town. We didn’t have a car but there was an allocated space and also visitor parking.
−Finding the bike shed for the lock box on the first day took a bit of hunting. Would be hard in the dark (we arrived in daylight so was ok).
