+L'appartement au dernier étage est magnifique, spacieux et très bien agencé. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La vue est très agréable et la possibilité de se garer gratuitement juste au pied de l'immeuble est un plus. Il y a de plus des supermarchés et une boulangerie à proximité, accessibles à pieds
−Il manque juste un lave-linge pour que l'équipement soit parfait !

+Modern eingerichtet, sauber und der Balkon war ein Traum.
−Das ausziehbare Sofa war bisschen unbequem.
“The Oetztal valley was superb with lots to offer, the Piburger See was a lovely spot to swim in for an afternoon, Area 4”
+Great location, nice apartment, clean and well maintained. Quiet location with a good view of the town below. Lots to do in the local area and some nice restaurants.
−A washing machine would have been ideal for us as we were travelling for a couple of weeks.

−Les poubelles de l’établissement ne sont pas vidées assez souvent et s’entassent devant la maison, et dans le sous-sol pour le tri sélectif

“Fantastic views”
+We stayed in the two-bedroomed apartment on the first floor. Good size, clean, modern, suitable for 2-4 people. The balconies offer great views of Oetz and the valley. Lovely modern en-suite shower rooms, quality fixtures and fittings. Really helpful staff, very responsive to emails. A short walk down to the Main Street, plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. We paid extra for a late check out €81 for 6pm instead of 10am, a little pricey but worth it for us.
−A little noise from neighbours above, not a big problem for us but could be for others. There is still no microwave as described in the advert. Not the best bed linen, it was okay but could do with upgrading for the money you’re paying.

−لموقع غير مناسب، ومستوى النظافة كان سيئًا، وكانت هناك رائحة غير مريحة داخل الشقة. الفراش غير مريح، ورأيت بعض الحشرات. التواصل مع المضيف ضعيف ولا تواصل معي بالشكل المطلوب. كما كان هناك إزعاج وضوضاء في وقت متأخر من الليل. مقابل السعر المدفوع، لا أرى أن مكان الإقامة يقدم قيمة جيدة، ولا أنصح به

+Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Die Standort ist hervorragend. Wanderwege und das Stadtzentrum liegen ganz in der Nähe.
−Es fehlten Handtuchhalter im Badezimmer und in der Küche eine Mikrowelle (obwohl diese in der Ausstattung aufgeführt war)
